The building consists of two tracts that spatially form two separate volumes connected by a corridor. The location of the building on the plot is determined by the distance from the borders of neighboring plots and is in accordance with the construction rules determined by the valid plan and regulations.
The volume in which the living area is located is story P. A garage for one vehicle has been designed on the part facing the street. The warm connection between the garage and the building is achieved through the storage room. Immediately after the garage, a living area with a living room, kitchen, and dining room was designed. These living spaces are oriented towards the main courtyard. In the second wing, a residential night zone was formed. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with its bathroom and wardrobe, and another study room. On the first floor, there are two more guest rooms and a bathroom. The construction system of the newly designed building is a skeletal AB system with a fert ceiling and external walls made of 25 cm blocks. The roof is flat materialized in appropriate layers of hydro and thermal insulation. The materialization of the entire building is based on two basic elements in the form of panels made of wooden slats and white fiber-cement panels that form a windy facade, with large glass surfaces facing the main courtyard.
